In my one to one private practice, you are offered a non-judgmental, supportive space to gently access and heal unresolved issues in order to release unnecessary suffering in your life.
It is usual to feel hesitant or unsure about seeking therapeutic help. If you think that your problems aren’t important enough to warrant therapy, or if you feel that you being ‘self-indulgent’, I would particularly encourage you to come for an initial session to discuss your concerns. An introductory session is a chance for us to meet each other and explore whether therapy with me may be helpful for you. There is no obligation to continue after the first session.
I offer my wisdom and support in your quest for self actualization and self discovery – in knowing yourself more deeply you increase your capacity to like and accept yourself more fully.
My practice is ideal for clients who are curious about expanding their capacity for intimacy in their relationships and greater joy and satisfaction in their lives. I welcome adults, adolescents, couples, and those that identified as LGBTQ+.
During this current pandemic I provide all consultations on line if people do not wish to or are restricted. Zoom, Doxyme, Skype and whats-app are online channels available. Online sessions work remarkably well, far better than anticipated.
